Each two-hour workshop will be followed by a Q&A! Continuing Education credits are available through Yoga Alliance for those who participate in BOTH workshops.
Pelvic Power Generator (AM Session 10am – 12pm)
In this workshop, we will investigate the areas around the pelvis that tend to be roadblocks of energy, and help to mobilize the fascia and strengthen the core, to bring more energy into your body and more peace into your spirit. Expect to sweat, breathe, and discover more balance, peace, and power in the pelvis!
Sustainable Shoulders (PM Session 2pm – 4pm)
Did you know that our shoulders are the most mobile joints in our body? Not merely a single ball and socket joint, but a complex system of joints and connective tissue that must move together to provide such a vast range of motion. The scapulae need to both move and stabilize on the back ribs when the upper body is weight-bearing. Get ready for creative moves and some sweaty energizing sequences to set the scapulae up for success and keep our shoulder movement sustainable.
