507. Making Your Mindset Work For You with The Brain Guy, Scott Robinson

Scott Robinson, better known as The Brain Guy, understands a thing or two about brain health and neuroplasticity. In this episode, he shares his wonderful insights into our relationships with perception, time, and happiness.  We’re constantly being told to believe in ourselves and that we can achieve anything we set our minds to, and Scott argues there’s a scientific basis for these ideas. He believes that we’re defined by our mindset, for better and worse. I’ve got to tell you, he convinced me!  In the same way we’re able to use our perception of ourselves to boost our abilities, it can also shape our physical and mental health for the better. I talk a lot about how important the brain is, and after listening to this episode, you’ll see why.   Resources:
