This might sound silly, but I think we’re all a little out of practice with our social skills right now. Being used to isolating ourselves during the pandemic, I’ve found that being at home all the time has made me feel more withdrawn in my social relationships. Even though I’ve been working and socializing with my team, it’s not the same. I think this is something most of us are going through.

In other words: we’re rusty. To help restart our social muscles, I have a handy acronym to help us remember small ways we can help ourselves come out of these cocoons as social butterflies.
