443. Wednesday Q&a: Hip Mobility, T4 Syndrome

Welcome to Wednesday Q&A, where you ask questions and we answer them!

Your questions:

  • Having trouble weight bearing in hips when balancing in one leg (ie. three-legged down dog or airplane). The physician says it is just from a tight hip. Any recommendations?
  • How can I correct my T4 syndrome?
  • I’ve always had really good toe mobility and strength, but my boyfriend has low mobility and control. Can he learn to strengthen them, or was I just born with gifted toes?
  • Any suggestions for vertigo and yoga?
