Get in depth feedback and coaching on how to move in a way that is more optimal for your body, work on any personal and more targeted goals you want to reach, and improve your postural alignment.
Whether you already have a movement practice in place or you want to try something new, students of all levels will be met where they are at, with dynamic and energising flows that will change the way you move.
