I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. During that time I mainly practiced Iyengar and Ashtanga. I completed my first 200 training in June of 2019. Discovering Lara and her LYT method completely changed my practice. I fell in love with the method and how good it made me feel physically and emotionally. As an avid runner and cyclist I was use to fighting little injuries and imbalances. I noticed that after practicing LYT for a year I was having fewer issues, feeling and moving better.
I teach all levels at multiple studios in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. I am also available for private lessons or classes via Zoom.
