SHERRY HSIEH

Sherry first discovered yoga at her local gym where she casually practiced for a number of years. She met Lara Heimann at a workshop in Princeton, NJ, and was immediately smitten with Lara’s energy, style, and knowledge. Sherry signed up for Lara’s 200 Hour (LYT Level 1) Teacher Training and received her certification in the Fall of 2013. She enrolled in another highly regarded teacher training program at Dig Yoga (Lambertville, NJ) and was awarded her 500-hour (Yoga Alliance Registered Level 2) certification in 2015. A perpetual student, Sherry continues to take intensives with Lara and hopes to complete her Level 2 LYT certification in the near future.
