Over the last 5 and a half years I have developed a passion for yoga and functional movement. I discovered the LYT yoga method in 2021 after a few injuries due to hypermobility and overuse, unknowingly compensating with the wrong muscles. LYT has taught me how to strengthen my stability muscles and move with intention in more functional and sustainable ways so I can enjoy my practice for years to come.
Since becoming certified as a LYT yoga teacher, I have focused on teaching small semi-private groups or individual private classes in the Pinehurst area.
