First began yoga in 2009, but did not practice with consistency or regularity until 2016. Ultimately decided to “deepen my practice” through LYT modules and complete my 200YTT in April 2020. I enjoy the pragmatism of the LYT approach both as a practice and a method to teach. I’m not here to save the world, yet…I’m okay with saving my joints in the interim.
