SABRINA KÜNIG

I am a music+piano teacher and university student by day and a Yoga teacher by night (and mornings) – I mainly teach online classes both in English and German and love to add a little meditation after our LYT Yoga Flow. As a dancer, I enjoy the flow of LYT Yoga classes as well as the deep core strength it gives me to perform healthier and better in my day to day.

I love the city life in Vienna, Austria with all its concerts, dance performances, theatre, and live music but you can also find me regularly in the Tyrolean Alps near Innsbruck, skiing, hiking, ski mountaineering, and enjoying nature, all of which my steady and regular Yoga practice supports – I have been practicing Yoga in different forms since I was 10 years old and
