Personal Bio

Rose Aramian is a proud LYT Yoga Level 1 certified teacher. She has completed a RYT 200hr Yoga Psychology TT where she also co-led this TT for three years and aided in the graduation of over 30 teachers. Rose has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. She uses her passion of educating others on the mat, teaching postural alignment, core integration, and feeling empowered! Her biggest inspirations right now are Lara Heimann, Tara Brach, and Sadhguru. When not on the mat, Rose can be found or not found wondering in nature. She loves hiking, playing and cuddling with her two dogs and two cats, gardening, beekeeping, and cooking delicious plant based meals for her and her family. Rose feels most LYT up when she's connected to her inner fire (CORE) and connecting with others!
