"I'm Poppy, originally from Indonesia, and I've been living in Germany since 2011.
My love for movement has been a lifelong passion.
In 2019, I founded Glejita Yoga, where I teach the LYT method exclusively. My cozy studio in Sulzbach offers various classes, including FundamentaLYT for beginners, intermediate & advanced classes, and LYT for Athletes. I also offer online classes.
