I first came upon yoga while looking for something to ground me while going through some tough times in my 20s. I practiced lots of forms of yoga, gravitating towards the yin style for its ability to provide me with that grounded feeling. Discovering Lara’s LYT style of yoga a few years ago really stimulated my desire to learn more about movement and anatomy. This method supports all the areas of my life, not just my movement practice and I am excited to be able to share it!

Currently, I teach privates only.

I’m level 1 certified with aspirations for completing the other levels in the future!
