NIKKI DILLON

Nikki began her yoga journey after graduating college and moving to NYC to pursue her career as a performer. Yoga was something she came to in order to stay fit but discovered there was so much more to it. Not only did her posture change but the way she felt about herself and the world changed. Ever since then, Nikki has always gone after pursuing a practice and teaching style that amplifies the individual’s experience on and off the mat. She has worked for YogaSpark Studios in New York since 2013 managing the Westchester location in 2015 and became the YogaDirector in 2017 and has been heading up their teacher training and teaching team ever since. YogaSpark is a hot-power vinyasa studio that aims to create smart, fun, challenging yoga classes that serve an open-level community.

Nikki was introduced to LYT after experiencing several injuries and ever since then, she was hooked. This became her main method of practice and she began integrating the LYT method into her classes. Now she can officially dig into the why and how of the body and spirit and continue to lift herself and her community up by integrating the way she teaches.

Nikki has led teacher training, created and led mentorship programs for existing instructors, and served as the Yoga Director of YogaSpark Studio located in NYC and Westchester. She has also taught Yoga in Bryant Park and can be found on the ClassPass Digital platform as well as YogaSpark Digital.

You can currently find Nikki in the Boston area primarily teaching for the Down Under School of Yoga. She is also accepting new private clients at this time.

Nikki also has her Sequencing 101 and 201 for the LYT Yoga Method.
