I have been a lover of movement and health for 25 years. I am a Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor and Holistic Nutrition Therapist. My yoga practice has grown the past few years, and when I found the LYT Method, my body was rejuvenated and my curiosity for functional movement was fed. I would describe the LYT Method as "The intensity of a workout with the intelligence of a workshop." I am honored to teach this method to educate others so that they move well and feel their best. It is my mission and my passion to empower others with the tools they need to feel confident in their bodies with smart exercise and to nourish their bodies with whole, real foods. When we are confident, we can live our best lives!
