I choose to be a LYT instructor because I believe everyone has the right to feel amazing in their own body and LYT makes that happen! I taught vinyasa for years while also seeing physical therapists for muscular discomforts associated with my posture. So it totally makes sense to land here, right?! You will find that LYT, just like physiotherapy exercises bring awareness to the recruitment of correct muscles to build their strength and endurance. This practice is also stimulating to the brain through the variety of movement patterns it offers. LYT has awakened a love for movement and empowered me with confidence in my body.. Yoga is a beautiful practice that brings all the pieces together of mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. I would love to work with you wherever you are at on your journey.
