Personal Bio

Mother of 3 and 2 dogs.
Have a Bachelors Degree in International Business, and have been an entrepreneur in the restaurant business. From an early age loved and studied dance and have always enjoyed movement and strength training.
To Recover from and S1L5 microdisectomy in 2017, started practicing yoga and then obtained certification to teach Body Balance in 2018; obtained a traditional 200H RYT in 2021, and my LYT Level 1 January 2023.
I enjoy helping others in their journey to move and feel better and believe LYT yoga method to be the best way to to do so.
