MIREIA MARIMON

Hey, I’m Mireia! I come from Barcelona, but I’m based in Berlin. Besides teaching yoga I have a PhD in Psycholinguistics and currently do research on how babies learn languages (very exciting!). After going through some yoga injuries, I discovered LYT and my passion for functional anatomy. I think it’s very important to understand the body, so we can practice in a sustainable way. I can’t wait to share the empowerment that LYT Yoga gave me. Don’t hesitate to join me for a class!
