Magdalena is a yoga teacher since 2016, a massage therapist since 2020 and yogapsychological coach in training.
Over the last years she's enjoyed over 900 hours of training in the areas of traditional Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, LYT Yoga, anatomy & biomechanics, breathwork, vocal expression, facilitation of meditation, yoga nidra, myofascial release & deep tissue massage techniques, somatic practices and embodiment strategies.
Her frustration about structural injuries that came along with her Hatha/Vinyasa yoga practice made her question the reasoning behind and sustainbility of the way how yoga asana is vastly taught nowadays. It is said that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear and so it was no coincidence that in 2018, when she was recovering from an hamstring injury, she heard Lara talking about the issue and the benefits of LYT Yoga on a podcast. Magdalena has been practicing regularly LYT Yoga ever since then and did not doubt for a second to join the first online 200h cohort in 2020 to learn more about the method. LYT Yoga has profoundly changed how she sees bodies, moves and teaches.
Magdalena's insatiable hunger to learn more makes her spend much of her time on her mat as well as studying the human body and psychology and - most interestingly - the interweavings of mind-body-consciousness. When she's not on her mat or down in the mind-body-rabbit hole, she preferably spends her time in the kitchen cooking vegetarian meals, composing songs on her guitar or sharing generously what she has learned with other people who are interested in feeling more wholesome and living more conscious lives.
Moving with purpose - resting with ease is the credo that underlies all of her yoga sessions.
