My yoga practice started on 23rd birthday (2013) in a bikram studio. Afrer learning about the 8 limb path I was attracted to the Ashtanga format and took my 200hr teacher training in Goa, India March 2014. I stayed at the Shala to continue to develop my practice while servings as one of the facilitators for the teacher trainings. I return to the States in Oct 2016 and begin to work as a full time yoga instructor. This path led me to managing yoga studios up until when the pandemic hit in 2020. I feel in love with LYT yoga and the community in March 2020 and havent changed my teaching/practice style sense.
