LEOR GRANOWSKI

Born, raised, and educated in Princeton, NJ, Leor first discovered yoga at a hot yoga class overlooking Nassau Hall. It was love at first sweat. But as she continued to practice, she realized she preferred sweating from her own movements, rather than from furnaces. When she thought she was already pretty good at yoga, she discovered YogaStream and was instantly humbled– and hooked. Leor loves the deep anatomy focus and wide range of movements of YogaStream. She went through Level 1 Teacher Training in the summer of 2016. She now lives in Dallas, Texas with her cowboy husband with whom she is starting a systematic futures trading operation and spreading the gospel of LYT to friends and family.
