I have always been a person who wants to know the “why” behind everything. The initial draw towards Lara’s LYT method was the empowerment I gained in my own movement and then in my teaching that followed from learning the biomechanics behind each movement, and how incredibly smart this style of yoga is. After more than 15 years as a “classic vinyasa” style student, the LYT method is now all I practice and teach.

I love to help students build strength from the inside out, and find their personal power. I believe continuous learning and growth are essential for living life the way it’s meant to be. The fact is, we are LIMITLESS when we can find our connection to the core truth of who we are.
