KATE KAISER

Kate Kaiser is a Certified Yoga Teacher who has completed (2) 200-hour training in Vinyasa and LYT, is currently working on her LYT 300-hour certification, and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, teaching for over 7. Kate began instruction in Vinyasa Flow and has evolved to solely teaching the LYT Method. She has seen dramatic changes in her clients in a short amount of time and is wholeheartedly encouraged and motivated by the power of moving in smarter and safer ways!

Kate has experience teaching in studios, corporate settings, gyms, and private homes and has taught many levels of yoga! Some of her most challenging yet rewarding work is teaching Division 1 Athletes at The University of Kentucky who play: soccer, basketball, softball, baseball, tennis, golf, and track & field.

Kate lives in Lexington, KY with her husband and their three children and is proud to be the first LYT Certified Teacher in the region! Although Kate doesn’t teach in one primary location, she can come to you either in person (or virtually) based on your schedule and needs! Please call or email Kate with any questions!
