Julia recognizes yoga as her greatest passion in both her personal and professional life. Along with reaping the physical benefits, a dedicated yoga practice has brought mindfulness, compassion, and patience into all aspects of her life. Yogic philosophy has shaped her core value system. Julia took her first 200hr training in Maui, Hawaii in 2011. She received her 300hr certification in 2014. Her most recent training (200hr) was with Lara Heimann, learning the LYT yoga method. LYT methodology resonates with Julia deeply, and has become the biggest influence in her teaching style. Julia is grateful that she is able to continue learning and practicing, and to share her knowledge and experience with others. Some of Julia’s greatest inspiration comes from Buddhism, motherhood, nature, and living a vegan lifestyle.
