JOHANA ROBLES

Hi my name is Johana,
I was born in Peru’, grew up in Italy and I’m currently living in St. Moritz (Switzerland).
I am a Level 2 LYT Certified Yoga Teacher and I share the love for LYT on my online classes in Italian and English.

I completed my 500-hour teacher training in India back in 2018, Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and really helped me open up with myself and others. As much as I love Yoga I always felt something was missing in my physical practice and I could finally fill that space with Lara and the LYT Yoga Method.
I truly believe we all should learn more about anatomy and functional movement, through this method I could understand why my body had imbalances and what created them. Learning to move in a smarter way gives you the power to achieve anything.
I’m a big fan of the method because it has changed my practice, has taught me to love and respect myself, and has helped me find my core physically and mentally.
I cannot wait to share my passion, knowledge, and fun with you.
