JILLIAN OPRANDY

I am a former ballerina turned yogi. My love for yoga started a few years ago when I discovered it while taking barre classes at a local studio. I fell in love with the mind/body connection and how I felt when practicing regularly. I am also a Pilates instructor and love to incorporate core work in all my yoga flows.
