Educating others about movement and health & wellness practices has always been part of Jill’s life, and she’s grateful to teach yoga that blends these passions to empower others to move well and in turn, live more fully.
Jill’s background as a healthcare professional and former gymnast allows her to use her deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to deliver customized and sustainable private yoga and functional movement programs.
Jill lives in the westside of Los Angeles with her husband and two children. When she’s not ubering children to school and sport practices, she loves gardening, cooking, traveling and photography.
