Personal Bio

As a LYT yoga teacher, I believe in empowering others through knowledge, compassion and curiosity.

Having dedicated many years to academia as a veterinarian and public health professional, I am passionate about science and all the geeky facts about the body and brain. I strongly believe that knowledge is a gateway to confidence, compassion and resilience, which is why I love creating environments in which learning about our bodies and minds is fun and encouraging, and as a result can shape our confidence in and appreciation of ourselves.
