Jessica is a warrior on a mission to help people discover the untapped strength and energy they have within to live their most meaningful lives. As an athlete and two-time cancer thriver, Jessica knows first-hand the power that yoga and movement have to transform the way we feel in our bodies, our overall health, and our well-being. Her 20-year yoga journey has encompassed multiple styles, but Jessica’s practice and teaching are most profoundly influenced by her training in the LYT method. Jessica guides her students to use strength, alignment and plyometrics to improve mobility and adaptability, build resilience to injury, and move with purpose. Close to her heart, Jessica is also an oncology yoga certified instructor, trained to work with patients going through cancer treatment and recovery. Jessica brings the LYT method to this practice to help strengthen the immune system, reduce the impact of treatment-related side effects, and balance the mind when we need it most.
Jessica is committed to creating a space and environment for people to come to the mat and let the practice take them where they need or want to be, whatever their age, experience, or life circumstance. Above all, Jessica invites her students to uncover the tenacity they have within to live with intention, energy and joy.
Jessica teaches online public and private sessions as well as locally in the Baltimore area.
