JENNIFER HELBING

Hi, I’m Jennifer from Hamburg, Germany. I finished my first 200-hour teacher training in the spring of 2018, quit my job in the advertising industry, and started teaching Vinyasa Yoga as a full-time teacher directly. After some injuries since then, I find my way to Lara and LYT. I started to practice with LYT daily in the autumn of 2020 and wow – what a change in my practice, body, and overall quality of life! I stuck with this method and signed up for the level 1 training to learn more about functional movement, anatomy, and health. My own injuries healed so much and I love to share my knowledge with you as a LYT Yoga teacher. I’m teaching group classes and private sessions in German, online & offline.
