Hi! I’m Janine! Welcome. I am a Level 1 LYT Certified yoga teacher. In addition, I have a 200hr Hatha Yoga certification (RYT200). Although that training was amazing, I fell in love with the LYT Yoga style during that training and haven’t looked back. I have a background as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I love continuing to learn more about the body and optimal movement. I never plan to stop learning! Please reach out if you are in the Whidbey Island/PNW area!
