Yoga is such an important part of my life and I love sharing it with anyone who wants to move better, sleep better, breathe better, and FEEL better!! I have been teaching a powerful vinyasa-type class since I did my first teacher training in 2013, but discovered Lara’s LYT classes online in August 2019 and was absolutely hooked on her methodology. Completing LYT TT has been an amazing experience and I believe this alignment-based, core-focused style can make a huge difference in anyone’s practice. 🥰
