I'm originally from the Chicagoland area but have been living in Africa since 2016. I'm currently teaching in Maputo, Mozambique. My goal is to spread the LYT method and philosophy on this beautiful continent so that more beings may reap the many physical, mental, and emotional benefits of this beautiful practice xx
