HADIJE HENKE

Hello everyone,
my name is Hadije (you can also say Heddi), I’m a yoga teacher based in lovely Heidelberg, Germany. I’m a mom of two, and a lover of basketball, literature, philosophy, and different kinds of creative crafts.
As a daughter of an Iranian mother and a German dad, yoga really helped me define my identity. LYT yoga helped me to come back stronger after my second child was born and it also helped me reduce reoccurring headaches. I love to teach yoga to anyone and am excited about where this path is going to lead us.
