Erin Peluso, E.R.Y.T. 200 is a sought-after Yoga Teacher, creator of the Align&Flow Yoga Teacher Training retreat, and Owner of Lotus Lounge Yoga, a mobile yoga service. She loves sharing this practice with as many people as she can. After leaving her corporate gig in fashion where she felt burnt out, she left on a lone trip to India where she realized she could do anything she wanted, as long as she put her mind to it. She found Yoga after she experienced panic attacks and needed a coping mechanism for stress. It has saved her every day from there forth.
