Diana is an intense lover of the human body and all things movement. Certified in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. She is a Mom of three littles and one big one (he’s 19!). A wife, and like most of us- she wears many other hats.
What does she do daily? Diana uses an effective combination of meditation, movement, and mindfulness to help her clients develop a healthy sense of self. This ultimately leads to a happier life with higher levels of self-care, confidence, love, and mobility.
Her background: Diana is certified to teach Mindfulness and Meditation with a 200 hr certificate from Mindfulness Exercises. She has personally practiced mindfulness and meditation for over 15 years. She is also certified to teach Yoga - having practiced Yoga for over two decades.
Yoga- Diana is a LYT certified teacher with over 10,000 hours of teaching various forms of Yoga. (that means she is experienced and highly educated to safely and effectively deliver life changing classes).
