CHRISTOPHER RANDAZZO

I am a Retired Marine who discovered yoga later in life and decided to become a yoga teacher to use yoga as a means to help Veterans cope with the symptoms of post-traumatic stress.

I am on the board of the Sgt. John Basilone Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity registered with the IRS, whose mission is to provide Veterans access to treatment that will give them coping skills for dealing with their post-traumatic stress. the foundation focuses on a holistic method that will positively impact the outlook on their lives as they transition from military to civilian life. This “treatment” can be best described as “Movement is Medicine!”

I currently teach a yoga class using the LYT Yoga Method to military servicemen and servicewomen at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst located in Burlington County.
