CATHERINE FERRARO

Catherine has been practicing yoga on and off since 2008. It wasn’t until late 2018 when Catherine found Lara Heimann’s LYT Method that yoga became rooted in Catherine’s life and inspired her to become a teacher.

Catherine attended the summer 2019 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training (LYT Level 1) with Lara Heimann in Princeton, NJ, and was fortunate enough to return to Princeton in 2020 to work for Lara and LYT Yoga while teaching at Lara’s local studio, YogaStream. She completed her 300/500-hr Yoga Teacher Training (LYT Level 2) in the LYT Method in 2021. This method has helped Catherine find strength and balance in her body and mind while she continues to serve in the United States Air Force Reserve and full-time civil service. She hopes to continue to bring LYT to her local community–because everyone should have access to education about their body, and everybody has the right to feel good!

Catherine currently teaches at the fitness center in Vandenberg SFB, CA, Vida Yoga in Oructt, CA, and is available upon request for private sessions serving the central coast of California.
