Hi! I’m Carly. I found the mindful practice of yoga during my days working in public relations. Eager to learn more, I completed my first 200hr teacher training in 2015 and made the transition to teach full time in 2017 to share movement as a self-care practice with others. During this time, I developed SI joint discomfort which began my journey of questioning traditional yoga poses and ultimately led me to Lara and practicing more sustainably. I completed the LYT Level 1 YTT in 2020.
I believe movement is a way to celebrate ourselves, our bodies and all in which we’re capable. My goal is to empower you to feel strong and capable of doing hard things – on and off the mat. I aim to guide you in a fun and sustainable way because when we feel better in our practice, we feel better in our life!
