Caitlin is a Certified Level 1 LYT Yoga Teacher. Developed by Lara Heimann, the LYT Yoga Method is a physical-therapy based movement practice, focused on core integration, dynamic movement patterns, strong posture and alignment, based on the neuro-developmental stages of movement. She is a American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. She is also certified in Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, CXWORX, GRIT, BODYPUMP, and BODYBALANCE/BODYFLOW; Spinning; and TRX.
In Group Fitness and Personal Training, Caitlin specializes in functional movements that build strength and are optimal for daily life!
In addition to her classes, Caitlin enjoys Powerlifting, Metabolic Conditioning, HIIT, core conditioning, LYT yoga, swimming, cycling, and mobility training. As an instructor, teacher, coach, and trainer, Caitlin loves seeing the progress her students and clients make towards their goals and loves educating the community on the importance of fitness and the benefits of exercise and wellness!
