Personal Bio

Brooke McAdam is a 2x 200hr + certified Yoga Instructor. She was an athlete growing up, and after graduating high school in 2013, she found yoga online. In 2014 she completed her first 200hr YTT at Inner Peace Yoga Studio in Saskatoon. She began working and teaching at that same yoga studio full-time. She found Lara Heimann in 2015 via an online platform, and eventually signed up for Lara's Level 1 (200hr) training in 2020. Yoga has helped Brooke to cultivate self-love and self-acceptance. It's empowered her to stop playing small in life, to take up space, and to use her voice to spread love, joy and education.
