I’ve been teaching yoga full time for 6 years; private 1-1’s, classes, retreats, workshops, corporate events, festivals, zoom classes . . . and I love it just as much as I did when I first started my teaching career! To be able to share this glorious practise and to educate people about their bodies and to support them through their yoga journey is something I am forever grateful for.
My passion as a yoga teacher is to help people reevaluate their movement to evolve both physically and mentally.
Yoga has helped me in my darkest moments. Whether that be mentally or physically, The physical aspects of Yoga have provided me with a wonderful understanding of the body and has provided me with a divine appreciation of life and all the beauty and magick it beholds. It has pulled me out of the pits of self despair many times. Yoga has shaped me into being the positive, optimistic, driven, grateful person that I am today. I feel more able to see the world with more empathy and understanding. It is so much more than just a physical practise.
