Personal Bio

My name is Anne Sinclair; wife to my husband, Michael, and mother of 6 kids and 2 granddaughters in our combined family. I come from an architectural background that holds many parallels between building systems with a solid foundation and the human body that works as a whole system from head to toe. I believe that no matter where you are starting from in your movement journey, there are foundational tools that can be learned consciously on the mat that will transfer into your everyday life, making a huge difference in how you feel mentally and physically. These tools are intelligently woven into the LYT blueprint during every session. There is no doubt that micro-movements practiced on your mat will bring lifelong whole body macro-changes of moving and feeling strong.
