I offer one-on-one, small group, or company classes, as well as teach educational workshops on optimal movement.
I've created three types of LYT based classes:
1. Liquid LYT: 40-45 minutes incorporating slower, more fluid movements/transitions that requires a heightened sense of body awareness + strength to maintain optimal form (level 2-3).
2. Lifted LYT: 25-30 min plyo/cardio based classes to get the heart rate up and keep it up (level 2-3).
3. Lightly LYT: 20-45 min of gentle, relaxing, and calm movement for (all levels).
