For a long time, I did not know life apart from pain, sickness and sleepless nights. After many years of trial and error, I discovered that I didn’t need to live this way. There is hope for me, and that hope lies in sound movement. I first stumbled upon Iyengar yoga and found its emphasis on alignment very helpful for my body. Then I found Lyt Yoga and it took the transformation in my body to the next level. Our bodies can be amazing and the Lyt Method helps us achieve this in a very effective and efficient way. Having completed the Lyt Yoga Teacher Training, I can’t wait to share this treasure and create the same transformational experience for others. My goal is to provide instruction, companionship and accountability for my students to embrace movements into their lives that promote balance in their bodies and establish good posture, which brings great joy into our lives.
I currently only teach privates. I am Lyt YTT Level 1 certified and will be pursuing Level 2 in the coming year.
