I have always loved yoga but with LYT Yoga< I have found a perfect way to practice using smarter and safer movement patterns.
With Lyt Yoga method I have been able to continue to practice yoga with my back injury. And It has really helped me continue my journey of healing my back while enjoying to practice yoga.
This is my main reason of becoming a Lyt Yoga Method teacher! I would love to help others with any restrictions and also continue to share my passion for Yoga with anyone who is looking for a Yoga method that focuses on smart alignment and purporseful movement.
