I have always loved yoga but with LYT Yoga< I have found a perfect way to practice using smarter and safer movement patterns.
With the Lyt Yoga method, I have been able to continue to practice yoga with my back injury. It has really helped me continue my journey of healing my back while enjoying practicing yoga.
This is my main reason for becoming a Lyt Yoga Method teacher! I would love to help others with any restrictions and also continue to share my passion for Yoga with anyone who is looking for a Yoga method that focuses on smart alignment and purposeful movement.
