ALLY NOEL

Ally is an Ironman triathlete and former Division I water polo player. She earned her 200-hour level yoga teaching certification with Many Rivers Yoga in Tallahassee, FL in 2016 and has continued to attend a variety of workshops over the last few years. She completed the LYT Yoga Level 1 Training in May 2020 and most recently the Level 2 Core Module. She has taught over 400 hours, including 100 via Zoom during the pandemic. She became a LYT Ambassador in Fall 2020. Additionally, Ally works as a full-time data coordinator and programming assistant on education initiatives in Durham, North Carolina.
