Hi! I have been practicing yoga for 23 years and have tried many different styles during this time: Hatha, Anusara, Ashtanga, Bikram, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Restorative, and more. I practiced through three pregnancies and postpartum, and have experience working with pregnant and postpartum mamas. I completed my first 200hr yoga teacher training in 2015 in Vancouver, BC, and in 2020 I was thrilled to graduate from second 200hr yoga teacher training to complete my Level 1 LYT Yoga Method certification with Lara Heimann. I completed LYT Level 2 (300 hr) in 2021 to further hone my anatomy and yoga knowledge base to benefit all those I have the pleasure to work with. This means I have well over 700 hours of teacher training and deep understanding of how bodies move.
My mission is to help every person to move and feel their best in their beautiful body. This means being both strong and mobile, and feeling able to age gracefully while taking on all of life's fun offerings and active pursuits with no limits.
Outside of my yoga practice, I enjoy biking, skiing, running, body boarding and relaxing at the beach with my family, and of course hiking and exploring the beautiful state and national parks all around us. I look forward to meeting you.
