Yanoula has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and is known for a wide variety of flow-based, challenging classes including level 2/3’s and workshops for active beginners. Expect a challenging (sweaty) class focused on anatomy, alignment, and fun! Yanoula values intelligent and inventive flows that are rigorous but safe for students.
