I qualified as an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher in 2016. However, I have been practising LYT yoga for the last 3 years. It has had a profound impact on my personal practise, teaching and my daily life. I am very excited to share what I have learnt with my students and facilitate a journey on their mat that will hopefully have a broader impact on their daily movement.
